File upload limits

You can upload your files using the following methods:

• TWSC Portal
• SFTP software
• S3 software

Supported file sizes for uploading via each method are listed in the table below.

If you want to upload the entire directory, follow these guidelines: keep the directory structure within three levels, use only English letters or digits in the file names, and ensure each directory name is no longer than 8 characters.

^*Uploading a large number of small files using SFTP software may take about an hour.
