Reset TWSC member account password

Our system does not keep your portal password. If you forget your account password, please follow the procedure below to reset the password and keep it properly.


Step 1. Select Member Center​


Step 2. Select Forget password​


Step 3. Enter the email used when signing up​


Step 4. Read and confirm​


Step 5. Reset password email​

Please check the email (TWSC-Forget password validation), and click the password reset link.


Step 6. Reset password​

  1. If you have successfully linked your Facebook/Google/EduRoam account, you do not need to enter the member password.
  2. The length of the password must be at least 12 characters, and not too simple.
  3. The password must contain at least three of the four types mentioned below: numbers, English letters (upper and lower case are different types), and special characters.

Step 7. Complete password reset​

The [Password Reset Successful] window will pop up when you complete the resetting.

Also, you will get the [Forget password validation] email notification.
