Subscription policies

Service subscription guidelines​

OneAI is a paid service provided by the TWSC platform; it offers MLOps solutions with a monthly fee. To protect the rights and interests of both the TWSC platform and subscribers, we have established this OneAI Service Subscription Policy to govern the use of paid content.

The service will be enabled immediately after completing the subscription, and you will be charged for the subscription fee and resource usage of TWSC OneAI services.

  • User permissions Only Tenant Admins can subscribe and unsubscribe TWSC OneAI, and Tenant Users can use the subscribed services.
  • Subscription conditions You can subscribe to TWSC OneAI at any time during the project validity period along with project having available credits greater than 100.
  • How to check the available credits of the project? Please go to the Member Center to view the project list. The available credit of the project is the sum of POC credit + wallet balance + credit limit + unbilled fees + billed unpaid fees.

Subscription fee: Billed with monthly rates​

Billing cycle*​

When you subscribe to OneAI, TWSC will enable the OneAI service for you and charge you the rate of the first billing cycle on the subscription start date. Unless you cancel your subscription, TWSC will bill you for the billing cycle based on the subscription start date.

  • When the service is enabled, the cost will be deducted immediately according to the proportion of the remaining days of the month.
  • You will be charged for the entire month on the 1st of each month in the following month after service is enabled.
  • If the subscription is cancelled or the service is forcibly disabled**on a day other than the last day of the month, no refund will be made for that month.

Automatic renewal​

Your OneAI subscription will be automatically renewed at the beginning of each billing cycle, and a monthly fee will be deducted automatically according to the billing cycle and billing rate.

If you do not wish to automatically renew your OneAI subscription, you can cancel your subscription by following Unsubcribe OneAI.

Resource usage fee: Charged according to usage, calculated according to billing rate​

In addition to the subscription fee, TWSC will charge you according to the resource usage of the tools and resources provided by OneAI during the activation period of OneAI.

Unsubscribe OneAI​

  • You cannot unsubscribe the first month subscription of TWSC OneAI. You can unsubscribe OneAI* on the OneAI service management page before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
  • If you unsubscribe OneAI**, you can still use all OneAI features until the end of the current billing cycle, and the service expiration date is the last calendar day of the month.
  • Impact of unsubscription and stopped services.

* The Tenant Admin can go to the OneAI service management page and click **UNSUBSCRIBE** to unsubscribe OneAI after confirmation.** All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cancellation within the billing cycle will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

If I unsubscribe TWSC-OneAI, what will be the impact after the services are stopped?​

  • All project members will not be able to access and use TWSC OneAI.
  • Working progress on Annotation Tools, Training Jobs, and Inference will be stopped.
  • The uploaded data and the data generated by the model will not be deleted, but if the service is not re-subscribed within 3 months after stopping the services, all the data in TWSC OneAI will be deleted.
