Q1. How to enter member center?
Please refer to this document for more information about entering member center.
Q2. What can I do if I do not receive the SMS verification code message ?
- In order to verify your identity and phone number, you need to enter the verification code received via SMS message to complete the sign-up process. Please refer to this document for detailed steps.
- If the telecommunications company does not provide online services to disable “Reject Enterprise SMS”, please call the company and ask for changing assistance. The change will not be effective immediately. For the effective time, please contact the telecommunications company.
Q3. What can I do if I forget the system password?
Since we do not record the user's system password, please reset your password through the service website. Please refer to this document for the detailed resetting steps.
Q4. What can I do if I forget the portal password?
Please visit the service website, click "Login" then click "忘記密碼(Forget password)", please refer to this document for the detailed steps.
About project
Q1. Will the stored data be lost if the project expires?
- Hyper File System (HFS) is a personal space, therefore, the project period does not affect the data.
- For data stored in the Cloud Object Storage (COS), Virtual Disk Service (VDS) and other compute resources, please contact the customer service as soon as possible for the process after the project expires.
